Team Day

I got a new job.  I started as a temp and worked for a few months.  My date of hire coincided with a team outing that temps can't participate in.  The team worked hard to make sure I was officially hired before the event.  I was an officiall employee at noon, and team buidling started at noon.  I was already head over heals in love with everyone I work with, so I was very happy to be able to be with them at Bullwinkles. (Surrounded by loud and smelly and sticky kids who like to squirt adults with water)

The Wall

Our new house has a sunken living room with a large wall.  I decided that I wanted to add texture so I headed over to trusty Pinterest and found a photo of wall paper that I liked.  I decided I could do it myself.  

I headed to Benjamin Moore and got a quart of gold paint.  The wall stayed gold for a month.  I went back to Benjamin Moore and got some tape and some Ballet White OC-9.  :)
